Responsibilities include: Troubleshooting, repair and installation of automated material handling equipment such as belt, chain, and roller conveyors and all related equipment controlled by Programmable Logic Controllers including the communications systems.

• Troubleshooting, repair and operation of Yaskawa robots.

• Troubleshooting, repair and operation of all mechanical issues with the automated equipment including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical.

• Contributed to maintaining a department goal of 99% compliance in preventive maintenance and calibrations, a requirement in an FDA regulated industry.

Beads Department Operator (1992-1996)

Responsibilities included production of all Beaded Products.

• Operation, cleaning and preventive maintenance of equipment following all cGMP’s and Standard Operating Procedures. Trained others in all areas.

• Troubleshot and repaired equipment. This was a major help in minimizing downtime due to limited maintenance support on 3

• Developed and wrote SOP to ensure department maintained 100% compliance pertaining to preventive maintenance of equipment. Trained department members, tracked and reported monthly results. Received Special Achievement Award.
