• Physical Security matters of fortified restricted areas including Mission Essential and Vulnerable Assets (MEVA).

• Responsible for the provisional care of 85,000 beneficiaries. For the management of $1,000,000 worth of medical equipment with an annual budget of $90,000 Accountable. Advised section Chiefs and the Clinic Director on matters pertaining to section personnel. Responsible for operational activities and hiring actions.

• Develop and implement procedures pertaining to files and other clerical/administrative procedures. Serve as point of contact for customer inquiries on a non-technical basis both telephonically and electronically. Furnish information on a variety of matters such as training, leave, benefits, etc.
