I have 20 plus years in customer service experience. I worked for Discover Financial Services placing orders for merchants. Troubleshooting equipment, making money market transfers, creating training programs and coaching other customer service reps on how to provide customer service with excellence. I spent a short time as assistant director of Creative childcare in Hilliard a s then moved to The Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy working for the Attorney Generals office for the last 12 years. I began on third shift working totally unsupervised for the first four years and then moved to day shift where I was concierge to all students and visitors to the academy. I logged tuition payments, registered officers for classes, assigned dorms to students and visitors. Maintaining activity schedules for the office. Working at the annual law enforcement conference and also the annual Fallen officer memorial every year. I was laid off for a year at which time I was placed at the Bureau of Criminal investigation where I worked the front reception area checking in officers dropping off evidence and servicing customers that needed background checks completed. I wanted to go back to the academy so I sought a position in housekeeping in order to do so. All of the work I do for the state requires extreme confidentiality and trust. I am currently seeking a position that will fully utilize the customer service skills that I possess, a position that will allow me to do a job I have a passion for abs where I can learn something new.
