Receive incomming calls from various repair shops, including dealerships and independent reguarding a vehicles extended warranty. Enter in repair facilities customer complaint, cause, and correction. Including full estimate of parts, labor, and pictures of damage for documentation on claim. Utilize various labor guides, such as Alldata and Mitchell Pro Demand to verify requested labor. Additionally, use in house and third party resources to verify MSRP of requested parts. Once estimate has been taken, review the particular contract that has been purchased for that vehicle and make parts and labor adjustments in accordance with that contracts coverage.
