Work Experience
Line Leader/Machine Operator
Maclean-fogg component solutions
March 2018 to Present
As a line lead I was in charge of a row of machines. My main objectives we're to keep machines running
quality parts to meet customer and operator needs. I would arrive at work and receive a pass down
from the previous shift of any issues that needed addressed and how the line ran overall. Throughout
the night I would respond to operators issues when I had the opportunity to do so. My job was to fix
issues in. A timely manner. I would fix what I could fix before calling set up or maintenance to assist
me. I also worked with the engineering staff to fix issues that required their attention. Accomplishments
I learned a large amount about machine functionality, adjusted sensors and switches got certified to
reset circuit breakers on Hoppers, stacker tables, coolant pumps and any other applicable situations.
I replaced hopper belts, and chains and learned to adjust them properly. I helped replace cylinders
adjusted dead stops replaced tool bars and taught them off the part. I removed Collets and locators
and cleaned them and put them back on the machine. I earned a certificate in a fanuc robot class to fix
issues with the robot how to write programs and troubleshoot issues with the robot and overall basic
robot functionality.

Responsibilities
Each day I would arrive at work at 2:45 for a meeting for my assignment for the day. I would then
head to my machine and do all necessary checks to make sure machine was in good working/running
condition. I would do checks such as, fluid levels (hydraulic, waylube, coolant) I would make sure that
all safety guarding was in place and the hopper was full of the correct parts for the job I was running,
I would also ensure that all paperwork at the machine and the hopper matched. I would fill out my
inspection sheet for each part dimension to make sure the dimensions were being cut properly. if the
dimensions were incorrect I would shut machine down and fix whatever issue there may have been,
throw out all the non conforming parts and restart the machine. At the end of shift I would make sure
the parts in specification of the blue print top of all the fluids and give the pass down to the incoming
operator.

that it was the correct depth in the ground. I put end caps on to keep the dirt out. I helped install stand
