Work with engineering to foresee any issues, applied excellent time management skills, report ed any problems to VP of installation for the company, managed the budget and control cost of assigned jobs, and reviewed budgets with the project manager. I ordered supplies and tools for each job, overseen inventory and staging of materials for those jobs, reviewed scope of work with the foreman’s of each task I assigned, so that they understand the schedule and procedures for such tasks, I would plan at least three weeks ahead for each job assigned, then train each Jr superintendents to assist with these jobs, and verify that the quality and standards are met for these jobs, as well as inspect punch-lists and verify items so that the projects were completed in a timely manner and under budget.

Installed welding machinery, overseen building construction, installed steel platforms, as well as welded up conveyors.
