J O B R E S P ONSIBILITIES

Oil & Gas Project Work A/G & U/G Piping & Structural Steel:- Review of QAP, ITP and Procedures.

Review of GAD,isometric & P&ID.

Piping & structural welding inspection & weld-visual,NDT cle QAP-ITP & Procedures review.

Piping and structural welders Qualification testing(WQT),we WPS-PQR approval & Testings.

Radiographic film interpretation.

Electrode Qualification testing

Electrode backing oven register checking work and approva Hardness, pmi, thickness test.

U/G piping road crossing fabrication and testing inspection Storage tanks welding inspection of Shell,Annular plates w chalk test etc.

Ensure that all works carried out by MOU Contractors rega specification, procedures.

Non Destructive Testing techniques, including review of weld Witness of contractors offered WQT, Approval of welder card welder performance.

Site servillience activities regarding welding at any stage perf Servillience checking of low hydrogen electrodes baking and validation of calibrated instruments and Periodical inspect documentation.

Inspection activities of fabrication of pipe spools b FCAW,SAW,GMAW stage wise from start to end, welding defe Follow-up for progress of radiography of pipe joints as per rad piping classes.

Raise the FOR (field observation Report) for repitative Observ Pressure testing of piping loops,serveillance of water filling fo Stainless steel piping joints postheat treatment for removal o RVI inspection of SS piping loops for to ensure MIC inside pip Radiography joints marking of percentage lines & check shots Internal audit of EPCC contractors, follow-up for NCR closing Piping loops, physical walk trough, punch points issue& rectifi up activities.

Station Piping and Steel Pipelines & Metering Skid :- Review of GAD, Isometrics & P&ID.

QAP-ITP & Procedures approval.

WPS-PQR EQT approval, Piping and structural welders tes approval.

Radiographic film interpretation & DPT,MPT,UT witness activit Hydro testing & Pneumatic testing of station piping & Meterin Steelpipelines Stringing,Lowering,Lamination & Fit-up,welding Approval of Pipe log book & LHS of Station Piping. Commissioning Activities.

Issue of gas in certificate & Punch points.

Lab Testing Inspection :-

Physical, Chemical & Mechanical Testing of WPQT, PQR, PQT, statndards.

Review of Validity certificates of Testing Machines. Vendor Inspection & Assessment (Third Party Inspection) :- Vendor inspection as per Approved P.O, QAP, Reference drawi Witness, Random witness of Stage wise inspection activi Pipes,Paintings,NDT, etc.

Dimensional, Phsical inspection & MARKING of PE100 Coils, coils, Hydrotest loading & inspection after Unloading of coils Valve Inspection as per data sheets & Approved QAP & P.O. Pumps Dimensional inspection & Performance test as per Da Issue of Inspection Reports & Inspection Release note of Insp Hard stamp transfer on witnessed items for identification. Inspection Report and Inspection Release Note Generation. Review of Manufacturer’s product inspection certificates. Vendor assessments as per Checklist points, site visit, veri available resources, Past track records etc.

Structural Fabrication & assembly:-

Inspection of Structural Fabrication,NDT, Erection and Asse Contractors by as Approved drawings,Project specificatio Norms.

Structural welder Qualification and Approval certificates and w Checking of release not of structural members before Erectio Torque tightening & tensioning of High tension bolts as per A Periodic calibrations of manual and hydraulic bolt torqueing 4000.

Establishment of bolt torque tightening value as per different Inspection of assembled modules and panels including to painting release note.

Blasting,Painting & coating Inspection:-

Blasting and painting of structural steel and pipes and piping Witness of PQT of Field joint coating of U/G piping,Dust cont Field joint coating activity of U/G piping starting from s application of sleeve.

Check surface preparation and stage wise paint D.F.T as pe specificifcation

Daily checking of blasting materials quality by checking of d maintain by contractor.

Shutdown jobs :-

VT of weld joints,NDT and PWHT of spools and field joints as Golden joints,Tie-in joints inspection and NDT.

Tie-in spools inspection loop clearance and pressure testing Nozzle modification work of static equipments.

Pressure vessel nozzle modification & Drain boot provision w Column TSR,Bolting bar,seal pen welding,NDT,ultrasonic h welds,Nozzle & boot modificationwork,pmi of welds,box testin Flange-alignments of static and rotary equipments,rigid joints Witness of thickness, hardness and NDT activities of piping a Checking of equipment manufacturers (IMIR) reports. Witness of PWHT activities as per PWHT requirements and re P.S.V testing as per datasheets and API standard.

Box-up activities of Tie-in spools and painting activities.
