Nuclear Oversight Manager (International Programs), WANO, IAEA, & United Arab Emirates Regulatory Entities Liaison Officer 2018 – 2021

Ensured preparation for WANO Member Support Missions, Crew Performance Observations, Operational Readiness Assist Visits. Ensuring corrective actions (CA) from Regulators were documented, tracked and actions were developed to close the CA. Integrating Technical Teams across various Product lines. Verified timely delivery of products, as per contract, by providing direction and instruction to Program Managers, Project Managers and Product Line Managers. Utilized negotiation skills for contracts and Project Change Notices with Exelon Supply Category Managers and Senior Exelon and Westinghouse Management. Conducted Limit of Authority meetings and established operating profit margin. Managed Request for Proposals (RFP) received ensuring all activities were addressed prior to submittal of bid and determined Bid/No-Bid to RFP requests. Uncovered and terminated issues as well as responsive to all levels of internal and external stakeholders 24/7. Verified clear communication of financial and contractual commitments in accordance with current Westinghouse Policies, Procedures, and utility contracts. ● Monitored delivery and financial goals of ~150 active Exelon Pressurized Water Reactor Programs/Projects totaling ~$40-$60M on annual basis while pursuing another 125-150 active offers at any given time. Additional Experience

2007-2010 - Program Manager Nuclear Reactors (Outages & Emergent Projects in the US and Worldwide), Nuclear Services/Engineering Projects, Westinghouse Electric Company, Monroeville, PA. Managed approximately 175 Westinghouse workers during scheduled and emergent on-site projects. Projects were often in Europe, technical in nature and would include accelerated/emergent scope and utilize agile project management practices. The emergent activities would include gathering of historical information, creating a work breakdown structure, schedule development, identify risks, develop contingency actions for potential risks, determining available resources, identifying additional stakeholders, if any and ensuring executives were briefed in a timely manner. Projects were reviewed for safety, quality, possible improvements, lessons learned and documented for use in future projects. Entries/Walkdowns were made weekly, if not daily, to ensure adherence to contract and safety requirements.

2002-2010 - DOD Certified Site Radiological Engineer/Project Manager for Decontamination and Decommissioning Projects, BWXT Bettis Atomic Lab (DOD-Navy/DOE R&D) West Mifflin, PA (Asbestos/Depleted Uranium/Mixed Waste/Metals). Projects managed included: Decontamination and Decommissioning of contaminated components using glovebags/gloveboxes, full anti contamination clothing with SCBA, airlines or respirators. Preparation activities included: development of project plans, work breakdown structures, identification and contingency planning of potential risks, creating a baseline schedule and updating as needed, managing daily technician activities, daily entry into exclusion areas, computing earned values, while ensuring budget and quality was maintained. 2000-2002 - Project Manager for B61 and B83 Nuclear Weapons Programs, BWXT, Pantex (DOE Plant) Amarillo TX Managed a team of Project Managers and approximately 150 Weapons Technicians in the disassemble of the B61 (various modifications) and the B83. Qualified on the B61 and B83 to ensure a thorough understanding of technician activities. 1997 -2002 -Nuclear Accident Response Group Member (DOE’s worldwide Weapon Recovery Team) Deployed 24/7, as required, to a weapon whose integrity was in question. A “normal” deployment would include 200 military and civilian arriving on site. As the Pantex Team Lead for the B61 and B83, a full chemical suit would be donned and going “down range” for inspection of the weapon.

1996 – 2000 - Project Manager, Decontamination & Decommissioning/Environmental Restoration Department, BWXT, Pantex Nuclear Weapons Site Amarillo Texas (Firing Sites/Building/Landfills containing radiological contaminated waste, high explosives, mixed waste, asbestos, and heavy metal contaminated material. Subcontract Technical Representative. Developed request for quotes. Selected appropriate contractor. Continually verified the subcontractor’s activities were in accordance with approved contract. Reviewed contractors schedule for accuracy, developed Pantex risk assessment, worked with waste management for disposal of radioactive waste generated by D&D activities. Provided oversight for all subcontractor field activities.
