Led the consular team in raising $1.14 million in consular service fees, cut the service delivery time by 30% with introduction of new data management system

Spent operational and special budget grant to the tune of $2.93 and $8.3 million

Maintained liaison with client leadership including government’s Project Officer and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) to provide proactive support

Worked closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to leverage program management support for invoicing, tracking, staffing, and other administrative activities required to ensure effective administrative and technical delivery for programs

Large Taxpayers Unit (LTU Tax) –Dhaka, Bangladesh
