I am a quick learner and pay much attention to detail, including a full understanding of company policies and operations, which is the key to my growth within the company, as well as an asset to the success of the business or operation. Computer proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Powerpoint. I have performed accounts payable/receivables duties as well as entering/editing data for new clients including bill of materials, production planning and logistics. Customer Servcice is my strongest suit as well as multitasking, planning and organizing. Master scheduling, while maintaining daily efficiency of machine time was also one of my later responsibilities as I learned all aspects of the functions of each stage of processing orders from beginning to completion.

Experience

11/1/1989 to 04/2005 - Polyfoam Packers- Effingham, Il, including relocating to Tennessee for the opening of a new facility. Duties included hiring new employees, training and setting up new accounts, human resource responsibilities, invoicing, logistics and raw material ordering, outbound finished product, and inventory control.

2005-2008 I was employed at ThyssenKrupp Budd in Tennessee. My role was inventory control and inbound raw materials planning and logistics for JIT supplier as a Tier 1 supplier for the rear chassis of the Saturn Vue to Saturn Manufacturing facility of Spring Hill, Tennessee. 2008-2010 – I was employed with Hydraulics and Numatics in Tennessee. My responsibilities consisted of inventory control, order entry backup and customer service. Education

Associate of Science : Criminal Justice, Security Administration. Completed February, 2014 from University of Phoenix. I have attended and completed numerous supervision training classes including the completion of the Dale Carnegie course.

I have a CNA certification I obtained after high school and have worked as a caregiver with hospice for many years. I performed this job while I was earning my Assosiates Degree. I have attended and completed numerous supervision training classes including the completion of the Dale Carnegie course. Many years of on the job training in many roles has made me fortunate that I have met/encountered many different types of people and have had the opportunities to view the many different ways of thinking, performing, coaching, and interaction with others. Maintaining professionalism, courtesy and composure have always played a key role in my previous employment endeavors. I am a firm believer that while one person can perform numerous tasks, many people working together can accomplish much more.

Although my major in previous years has been customer service related whether it be a client, co- worker or any person directly or indirectly involved in the manufacturing process, I have learned valuable information and tools that have made me well versed in many roles and I believe that I would be a valuable asset to your operations.
