Approximately 28 years of experience, ranging from helper with a contract services company to be the Executive Advisor to the President of a 60,000 Barrel per day oil refining facility who was in charge of up to 1,500 contract company employees on multiple unit locations overseeing all phases of contracts, hiring for all departments, auditing all contractors, cutting cost 1.6 monthly. Throughout my years of experience, I have been exposed to all phases of the Refinery/Petro Chemical Industry in the role of a public Relations, opening offices for specialty contractors, and owner representative. Executive advisor to the president at an Ammonia and Methanol Plant; was heavily involved with the revamp and restart of the plant after it had been shut down for seven years. Responsibilities included planning and overseeing and writing contracts for the subs, vendors, and General contractors.
