I was here for 2 years and as a shift lead, my responsibilities were to make sure we had fresh donuts, making sure the employees all had their break, counting registers, making deposits at banks, and making sure there was change. I would manage the crew and I had to stay at the front of the desk to receive any customers walking in, bring out their dogs, and check out the dogs. I applied to a commission based job called Victory Market which is a 3rd party company to SFE Energy, it was a natural gas company which helped people pay less for gas. My job was to knock on customers' doors and try and get as many deals as I could, the more deals the more money it was for me. The highest number of deals I made were 40 in one week. Being a sales representative has taught me many useful skills such as negotiation, reading people, fixing my body language, and better speaking skills.
