Boxing 101 – This is a great class for either beginners or professionals. The basics are taught in such a way that even experienced fighters are amazed at seeing the kinesiology of “how and why it works” and thus how the application can and will improve one’s skill set dramatically.
Kickboxing 101 – Follows the training concept as Boxing 101 but with a
kick.
Combat Conditioning – As much as the title sounds fight related it is more about training one’s body using body weight science.
