I certify that my statements in this profile/resume are true, accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge and belief. I understand that any false statements, misrepresentations or omissions made by me during the information submission process shall be grounds for refusal to hire or immediate termination.

I authorize GardaWorld Security Services and/or its agents to investigate, through whatever means deemed appropriate by GardaWorld Security Services, any information included in or arising out of my submission/profile, unless otherwise noted. GardaWorld Security Services is also authorized to use any information obtained from its investigations to determine my suitability for employment. I hereby release GardaWorld Security Services from any liability in connection with the investigation or any action arising out of GardaWorld Security Services’s investigation. I authorize all of my former employers to disclose the contents of my personnel files to GardaWorld Security Services. I further authorize all of my former employers and references (unless otherwise noted) to answer any questions that GardaWorld Security Services may have about me. If, in connection with GardaWorld Security Services’s consideration of me for a position, GardaWorld Security Services requires further information, I understand that it is my obligation to cooperate with GardaWorld Security Services in that process and to provide such other further information that may be required.

If employed, I agree to abide by the policies, procedures, rules and regulations of GardaWorld Security Services. I understand that nothing contained in this profile/resume, or in the entire pre-employment process, is intended to create an employment contract between GardaWorld Security Services and me. If I am employed by GardaWorld Security Services, I understand and acknowledge that I will be employed on an "at-will" basis, meaning that my employment is for an indefinite period of time and may be terminated by GardaWorld Security Services or me for any lawful reason or no reason. During my employment with GardaWorld Security Services, I recognize that I may be stationed at one of more GardaWorld Security Services customer accounts. I further understand that it may be necessary for GardaWorld Security Services’s customers to review my personnel information, including, but not limited to, background check information and licensing information (“Personnel Information”). To the extent permitted by applicable law, I hereby authorize GardaWorld Security Services to allow its customers at whose premises I am or may be working to access and review my Personnel Information. I hereby release GardaWorld Security Services, and its customers, officers, agents, representatives and employees from all liability and responsibility pertaining to the release of said Personnel Information to GardaWorld Security Services’s customers.

If I am offered employment with GardaWorld Security Services, I consent to electronic delivery of all communications, information and notices, per applicable law, in lieu of delivery by mail or other means. I further acknowledge that I can access statements and communications via email. I understand I may request paper copies of any such communications at any time.
