Senior Operations Manager (Change and Inbound) – CMH4 Reported to General Manager. Led and directed a team of 2 Operations Managers, 16 Area Managers, and 800+ associates.

• Worked with the maintenance team to improve overall performance, from 29th in the network to top 3 by end of year. Worked with the team to improve overall PM completions by 8.8% and critical work backlog hours by 85.4%.

• Led project to add 64 stations to our OB process, a 25% capacity increase.

• 61.2% reduction in quality defects due to implementing correct processes.

• As Inbound Senior, oversaw a 7% improvement in TPH

• Led the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team at CMH4. Implemented a process to select critical roles, those that involve additional training, eliminating unconscious bias. AAs would apply and a pre-determined set of criteria would be used to select who would get trained. This resulted in a 32.5% increase in BLNA leaders YoY.

Learning Operations Manager – CMH4

Reported to Change Senior Operations Manager. Led and directed a team of 1 Area Manager, 2 Learning Coordinators, 8 Learning Trainers, and 2 Pit Trainers.

• Learning Operations Manager for Launch of CMH4. Responsible for staffing, launch essentials document, launch essentials meetings, Day 1 plan, onboarding plan, ambassador selection and training, and all other learning requirements for launch.

• Promoted 2 Learning Coordinators to AM, 3 Learning Trainers to Learning Coordinators, and 8 Ambasssadors to Learning Trainer and PIT Trainer.

• Proxemics / COVID STL for CMH4. Created SW, adjusted staffing and assigned areas, and lead and coached a team of 12 Social Distancing PAs while still maintaining role as Learning Operations Manager. Averaged 8th in network for proxemics during time as STL.

• After training another leader to be the STL, averaged 6th in network for proxemics during trailing 6 weeks.

• Acting Change Senior Operations Manager, responsible for Learning, Quality, Proxemics, and RME.

Operations Manager – CLE 3 / CVG2 / CVG1

Reported to the Senior Operations Manager. Led and directed up to 5 Area Managers and 400 associates. Inbound, Customer Returns, and Outbound Operations Manager, responsible for all aspects of the departments, including the safety, quality, and productivity of the department, associate development, and customer experience. Had regular 1:1 with Area Managers, Tier IIIs, and regular office hours to speak with associates.

• IB OM for CLE3 launch. IB Quality owner for launch. Identified opportunities and created and implemented action items that reduced over all DPMO 35.9% between week 1 and week 9 of the launch.

• Trans Out Dock owner, creating standard work for dock team, creating regular communication with TOC, and reducing overall buffer foot print by 75%.

• CVG2 Trans Out Quality SME. Reduced defect DPMO from 30,000 to under 4,000 YoY. Led regional calls, collecting feedback on downstream defects, creating and implementing standards to remove the defects, and communicating results to the regional team.

• GEMBA SME at CVG2, ensuring all benchmark standards are met, data is collected, barriers are identified and removed, and the information is communicated.

• Trained OM team on Tier III interviewing skills and expectations, ensuring the best candidates were identified and selected, feedback was robust, actionable, and clear, and standard work was created.
