Experience with Ventana Benchmark XT and Dako Autostainer Link 48 immunohistochemical stainers, Ventana Vias digital analyzer. *Medical Director- Hansford County Hospital Laboratory, Spearman, TX. 2005-2011. Directed quarterly visits of rural community

ambulatory hospital laboratory, which included quality assurance review, human resource planning, test cost analysis, and capitol purchases. Oversight of CLIA inspections.

*Medical Director- Amarillo Diagnostic Clinic Laboratory. 2005-2011. Directed monthly visits of moderate-sized ambulatory clinic with review of quality assurance and new lab test implementation. Oversight of CAP inspections.
