System Director of Human Resources Business Partners

Human Resources, Employee Health, Payroll, Chaplain, Volunteers, Gift Shop, and Culture functions for Whitefish hospital. Also responsible for all HR functions for 4 additional hospitals spread out over a 200 mile radius.

Responsible for integration of 4 new hospitals into the Logan Health system.

Lead implementation of new Human Resources Information System.

During the COVID Pandemic, responsible for all daily employee health screening, follow up, and treatment.
