As a captive agent, I sold Medicare thru open enrollment, then after annual enrollment, they changed the

department I was in, and I went to customer service. From there (when they were not as busy) I (and hundreds

of others) were transferred to Catalog sales for over the counter, then I (and hundreds of others) were

transferred to OTC catalog sales, and after a brief stint we were moved to outbound, and then most recently

we were transferred back to OTC catalog sales. For AEP 2022 I was selling once again, but this time for

Humana The position hopping certainly let me see much more in depth of the Medicare world, and it definitely

broadened my horizons.
