Here is a brief outline of my experience in the hospitality industry.
Currently working at jackson creek retirement home. I began working there for about a year and a half. I really love the elderly and really enjoy feeling like i made a difference in their day even just from a smile. Unfortunately i just don't get enough hours but am thankful for every learning experience in a work setting.
Chemong lodge. 2014 to 2020. This was my favorite restaurant i have ever worked at i made lifelong relationships with both staff and customers. We were family and i still Talk to many of them and i would love an opportunity to experience that again. I had many times i was responsible for making drink specials. I enjoyed experimenting with different recipes
I was known for making the best caesar.
Coopers pub in Mississauga was another family environment and very fast paced especially play off season and UFC As we had a big screen. I enjoyed working these nights. It was a challenge and rewarding.
Beaver and bulldog in Mississauga i worked here for roughly 4 years. This was my first bartending job where i got to really learn. I had a fabulous manager who taught me many things that i still refer to. Mostly handling difficult situations with over serving cutting people off and complaints.
I worked a couple other bars in brampton which were not the right fit. But still value the experience
