Waterfront condos with an outdoor pool
Very shortly we will be starting a concrete/stucco project at Sunset Chateau. The project will last approximately ten
(10) weeks. Minor inconveniences will be the standard. The last part of plan will be applying coatings to
balcony/walkways. This will require no access to unit for approximately 6 hour for the coating to dry. We will give hopefully provide a weeks' notice.
ALL GUESTS MUST CHECK-IN PRIOR TO 9:30 PM AS THE
ELEVATOR SHUTS DOWN AT 10:00 PM AND YOU WILL
NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE SUITE WITHOUT THE KEY
Signed Contract and Photo ID Required Before Check-In Approved Pets Require Non-Refundable Pet Fee To Be Paid.
This 1 Bedroom Condo is a Location Paradise! Direct Beachfront Condominium at Sunset Chateau on Treasure Islands Sunset Beach. The unit is on the 6th floor in the middle near elevators. The washer and Dryer are located right around the corner from the unit. Enjoy the
spectacular view of the Shore & never ending Gulf Water's from your entry and living room. The Sunset Chateau building is situated right on the Beach, Elevator, Shared Large Pool, Outdoor Shared BBQ Grills & Tables.
It's just a Short Stroll down the Beach or the Blvd to the local favorite hangouts ~ Caddy's & Ka Tiki ~ Known for Terrific Eats, Daily & Nightly Live Music and Drinks.
~Sleeps 4 with a Queen Bedroom and Queen Sofa

1 Parking Pass is provided in the unit to be displayed on your cars Dash - Parking is only permitted in the Guest Parking Spaces

Labor day at the Chateau
This is the first time renting from Brandon. Everything was exceptionally clean. The only thing that could have have made the stay better, would be have patio chairs for the balcony, to watch the sunsets. Like most units have. I definitely would rent from him again. Stayed 4 nights in Sep 2022
