Maintained production in 1 of 9 areas that I was qualified to run in the production of Bounty Paper Towel, which included the daily maintenance and repair of production lines to ensure optimal performance and quality of the product. I was assigned other responsibilities as well. As a Quality Function Leader, (QFL), I was responsible for the quality of the product my team produced; as an Organizational Capability Leader (OCL), I was responsible for resolving personnel conflicts on a team level. I also conducted training for the new agents that were appointed to my staff and assisted them with writing new policies for existing and new clients. I was required to keep my insurance licenses active and remain up to date on any changes in the insurance laws.
