Provide thorough supervision for day-to-day operations of facility in accordance with set policies and guidelines. Monitor the nursing and operation of support departments to ensure that patient needs are met and facility is properly maintained. Initiate and provide education to clinical and allied health staff. Consult with physicians, interdisciplinary team, patients and families regarding patient care issues. Promote and maintain communication through shift reports, team rounds, and open door policy.
