Scope of Work:
Complete installation of all new Electrical Services (Lighting, Power, Small Power, BMS, Emergency Lighting, Fire Detection, Disabled Toilet, Disabled Refuge Call System, Security including Access Control, External Lighting, Tel & Data, Attendance to all third party systems (CHP, Lift, PV, BMS, Assistive Doors, Mech. Contractor, Fire Smoke Dampers, AOV etc.)
Management of Specialist Sub-Contractors (Lighting Control, Security Systems, Fire Detection, Telecommunication etc.)
Manage full technical submissions as well as MS & RA for all aspect of works.
