• Lay out lots, schedule subcontractors, schedule materials, keep up with subs progress, keep up with materials on job, meet inspectors through whole job, inspect finished product, do final walk through with homeowner, built 20-40 homes a year... Maintained Safety of all crews working on Job site. Accomplishments
Built 20-40 homes a year on time and within budget. I have all schedules of every house I built upon request. Reason For Leaving: Moved to Columbia SC for a Position with Fire Department. Responsibilities
* Ran crew of six men on tub girder section. Lay metal pans, hung overhang brackets, deck on overhang brackets, ran edge forms, then poured onto the completed work. Also, stripped completed work. Helped other crews build forms and set shoring. Ran front end loader to load trucks (forks and Bucket) Maintained Safety of all crews working on Job site. Reason for leaving: Job ended; did not want to move with the company to Texas at that time.

* Ran crew of five men on barrier walls. Built, set, and shot grades on forms, poured walls and stripped forms. Stripped overhang brackets as the walls were poured on the outside edge of the bridge. Reason for leaving: Better paying position with Clearwater Constructors.
* Helped with ten-man crew. Set Elise shores, decked on shoring, help pour concrete, stripped shoring when completed. Transferred to Jacksonville with the company when job was completed.
