In addition to the afore mentioned capacity of my responsibiliies, I also was given the privilege of manning The SCIF Facility as the sole officer in that area, as a daily assignment! My only regret is that I had to leave my position after the discovery that I had contracted Prostate Cancer, and treatment of the disease rendered me unable to fully carry out my sensitive responsibilities with unwavering commitment to duty! Property Management/Procurement of goods and services for the largest Medical\ Scientific Research activity of The US Army!
I was given the task of mastering and teaching ( to the outlying facilities) how to effectively implement the use of The Wide Area Work Flow Computerized Contract Termination System. This is how the expedited payment of contracts due, were paid. This system was created to eliminate late payment interests charges.
This is the current system used by the entire US Military as a whole! In addition to my afore mention capacity, I was designated to become The Purchasing Official for The Institute, specific duties included but were not limited to purchasing high dollar items ( over the small purchase limit of $ 2500.00 as was the ceiling amount of The IMPAC Credit Card)! This incorporated the IDIQ., fuction to accommodate the furtherance of the research efforts! As is the case in the duties required in my position, it was paramount that I became efficient in the use of Microsoft Office for data input as well the use of the in-house information system WMIS...W.R.A.I.R., MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM!
This computer information system was perfected to generate Cradle-To-Grave data for accuracy and completeness! As The Ordering Official it incumbent upon me to guarantee that the perspective vendor be fully solvent and qualified to meet the need for some very specialized Medical Equipment and or Controlled Drugs as they were required to ensure the experimental process was not compromised in any manner!

Providing a safe and secure environment for the employees and guests of I.C.E., and it's affiliate facilities as a Federal Government Contract Guard assigned and certified by The Federal Protective Service.As an Armed Security Officer, I was also required to monitor the CCV board and as a Supervisor to oversee the weekend operations and provide supervision for the officers assigned to duty on a limited staff basis...observe the activities in as well as outside of the facility, to enter hourly reports of all actions taking place as shown on any of several cameras strategically mounted for full exposure of the surrounding landscape.

We were the first line of defense for the (Level 5 Security) facility that houses the aircraft that becomes Air Force One...in addition to various other highly classified missions that coincided with The Air Force Security Forces mission!
Inspection of 100% of all persons seeking access to The Base, either vehicular or otherwise, to ensure that only those persons who have vetted authorization gained entry to the level five security facility. To conduct (Random Antiterrorism Measures), inspections of cars, and other vehicles previously selected by sequence number!
