●Represent the Voice of the Customer in new product design, with an emphasis on getting customer needs into the design (Diagnostics, Serviceability, and Maintainability).

●Developed 7R MY20 curriculum and taught the field team personnel at Large Agriculture Integrated Systems (LAIS) and Continuing Education Program (CEP) to enable channel readiness to optimize the tractors.
