Seasoned Leasing Specialist with over 4 years of experienced in residential property rentals, very well versed in tenant/landlord and fair housing laws.

My job description is leasing to any new prospects who are looking to move into a comfortable well established apartment community, leasing packages provided for all rentals and maintained a 95%+ occupancy by obtaining 14-20 leases a month of new residents. Performing many tasks throughout the day including meeting with prospective tenants to determine lease terms, receiving applications, security deposits and coordinating with current residents to discuss any changes in their lease such as yearly renewals.

Meeting with potential renters and giving them guided tours of available units showing and discussing the many different floor plans that would be available or that would be coming available with the unit availability pricing. Following up on leads for potential renters also performing background checks, credit checks and other responsibilities to see if prospective renters are qualified.

As well as preparing leasing documents for potential renters using property standards and fair housing regulations having to keep up with all information with (LMS) learning management solutions. Classes completed throughout the year. With new material of (MRI) management reports international.

Keeping residents informed of any changes to rental agreements or upcoming property issues, building a rapport with current residents to give them personalized service throughout the residential community.

Assisting any new resident that would need help with information on facilities such as fitness center, hours of swimming pool, deliveries of packages etc.
