Customer Service Assistant Manager

It's been a little while but I was an assistant manager at a convenient store (shell in Burleson)(go loco restaurant in grande prairie) and a street taco burrito place. With both locations my main job was customer service! I always tried to keep a good positive mood and atmosphere! No matter what mood / tone the customer was using. I am not the best out there, but I definitely have communication skills! I know how to stay on task with or without script telling me whatever to say! I know how to redirect and control most conversations I am in! I am a very fast learner! I catch on pretty quickly! Please if you give me the opportunity, I won't let you down!
