Started 1995 hired as material handler. Accepted Apprenticeship as Bindery gather machine operator 1999.

Graduated to journeyman gather machine operator 2003. Entered into Journeyman backend machine operator directly after and graduated in 2005. In 2015 I began training and mentoring new apprentices. I held that position to June 2019 when I was promoted to manufacturing supervisor. I had been used to fill in as interim supervisor for 5 years.

April 2021- June 2022

Worked at OX Engineering as an off shift crew leader. Responsibility’s included the safety of 4 other employees. Production and quality of product during shift, organizing raw materials and finished product in the warehouse.
