● Served as the lead reporter for Boulder’s mass shooting, Colorado’s 2021 elections BLM protests, 2020 presidential election coverage, Inauguration Day events, supervised upwards of 25 writers. ● Was responsible for producing three stories a day. Additionally I wrote weekly crime stories covering the Hollywood area.

● Helped develop the art and entertainment and human interest story sections by finding events to cover. Designed a style guide to meet the specific needs of the publication, utilizing AP guidelines and improving consistency across content. STAFF WRITER, The Daily Rind March 2021 - May 2021

● I was the youngest writer ever published and I was the first undergraduate intern later brought onto the team as a staff writer, which the hiring manager later attributed to my ability to pitch successful story ideas. Additionally, one of my articles was syndicated by a larger publication, which increased our readership. Kickstarted our 'Women's Appreciation Month" campaign by using some of our female artist's in an advertising project.
