The premier international projects LLC is one of the leading Civil and Electro –Mechanical Construction Company in OMAN. Registered with Oman tender board and chamber of commerce as Excellent Grade Contractor.PIP is currently executing ongoing projects worth USD 250 million in Sultanate Oman. The project consists of Hard fill (Roller Compacted Concrete) gravity dam with appurtenant structures and drainage network system. The main objective of this located in a gorge with fairly high rock formation on both sides is to intercept flood flows in order to infiltrate the flooding water in ground water aqifiers.The project involves 1,20,000 Cum of excavation works in soils and rock 45,000 cum of Hard fill Concrete and 15,000 Cum of Conventional Concreting works.
Construction of road work around 2.5 km from wilayat izki to dam site. We are working under ministry of transportation sultanate of Oman and 60 km road works and infrastructures. Responsibilities:
Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management.
Monitor staff specialists’ field reports and guide field personnel.
About quality deficiencies are noted, follow up with corrective actions for close out to avoid recurrence of the same deficiency and maintain the related.
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems.
Control project costs by approving expenditures and administering contractor contracts.
