Technical Responsibilities:

Inspection of Boiler as per P&I Drawing,

Carry out Slow firing, alkali boil and steam blowing of boiler as per standard

Inspections of steam drum internals.

Drum and Main steam line safety valve internal inspection.

Checking of Steam, & Water Piping as per IBR Standards.

Pre-commissioning checking of fans, Pump, Piping and its supports, duct supports,

Checking of starting permissive and trip logic of boiler.

Inspection and commissioning of PA, ID, and FD fan.

Inspections of Main steam line and boiler supports inspection and set the spring hanger supports.

Co- ordination with Technical drawings / Design department for necessary changes in routing of piping.

Preparation and approval of protocols, Records prior to commissioning of boiler.

Operating the boilers up to customers satisfaction and hand over the same with all technical specifications

Commissioning all the valves including safety valves and float the same according to their set pressure.

Commissioning of Stacker and Reclaimer System.

Commissioning of Ash handling plant.

Carry out Boiler Steam Test.

Carry out Boiler performance test
