Duties: Versat Sarasola Accounting Software. In this company I took my first steps as an accountant. I hadn't even started college and still quickly began to master inventory, cash and bank, accounts receivable and payable systems. In the latter, I stood out for my communication skills and good treatment of both clients and suppliers. In this position I took my first Business Administration courses, one with commercial profiles and the other with gastronomic profiles. When I gained enough knowledge, I was able to streamline the accounting operations of the company by correctly parameterizing the accounting software that did not receive technical support for more than three years. Duties: In this store I had special emphasis on the systems of: management and control of merchandise inventories, sales, logistics, payroll, hiring and selection of personnel, accounts payable and bank deposits. I put into practice the knowledge acquired in the Business Administration courses that I had previously taken and implemented innovative marketing and sales strategies that allowed the establishment's income to increase by 40% in the third quarter of 2012, just 4 months after starting to work there, this translated into a salary increase for all workers in the store.

Company: TRIMAGEN Productions S.A.

Duties: Assets Accounting Software. In this company I continued to gain experience in my field of work, now as a student of Accounting and Finance at the University of Havana. Here I was responsible for bank reconciliations, reconciliations of accounts receivable and payable from customers and suppliers. I continued to perfect my knowledge of merchandise inventory management, control and logistics for sale. I belonged to the hiring and selection committee of the new personnel to join the company. I was proposed on two occasions to occupy the position of Financial Accounting Director, a position that I rejected because there were responsibilities that would interfere with my studies at the university. 2015-2018 Head of the Economic, Accounting and Finance Department. Duties: Siscont5 Accounting System. In this company, and as the position indicates, I was in charge of a very complex accounting department. This company is in charge of moving all the fuel in the country, so the work under pressure was practically constant. Strategic planning was the fundamental thing here to minimize costs and maximize the profits that were expressed in the National Budget. This position gave me the possibility to link with all the departments of a company, so I have an overview of a complete business system. One of my achievements here was having maintained a stable income level in a period of energy crisis that the country had during 2017, when almost all the country's refineries stopped due to lack of crude fuel. This thanks to the client management that I carried out and an exceptional management of prices. I also introduced a new Excel system to control the fuel consumption of the company's own vehicles. For this I was recognized, since previously the fuel consumption of business vehicles was not controlled. And well, I was also in charge of supervising the Financial Accounting Department, supervising and approving all the accounting operations carried out by the 6 people who were subordinate to me.

Company: AMBAR Professional Services.

Duties: I am currently working in a private company that provides accounting services to state and private companies. Here we offer general accounting services, accounting debugging, consultancies, consultancies, audits. During the three years that I have been working here uninterruptedly, I have successfully carried out two services; one of Debugging Accounts Receivable and Payable in the Cuban company Division of Equipment and Parts (DIVEP), a company that is dedicated to the import and export of goods and services, so I had the opportunity to know in depth how the international markets, although with the particularities of Cuba.
