• Ensuring Zero Harm to Environment and People- Enforcing compliance to IS014001:2015 AND ISO45001:2018.

• Managing of Planning, Execution and Post mortem of Shutdowns.

• Managing Artisan Utilization for cost control.

Freda Rebecca Gold Mine Zimbabwe (Graduate Mechanical Engineer) - (20 November 2017 – March 2019). Responsibilities and duties include:

• Project engineer for 600m3 CIL (Carbon In Leach) tank construction.

• Project engineer for 10 inch tailings line upgrade from 8 inch which covered a distance of 2500m which raised the tailings its availability to 92%.

• Project engineer for tailings booster station design and implementation.

• Project engineer for cyanide destruction project prototype project (project aimed at reducing cyanide levels in pulp being pumped to tailings dam).

• Assistant project engineer in SAG Mill 2 project installation, commissioning and implementation. This include Civils construction, conveyor stringer and idler frame design and installation, Mill End Shield and Inlet trunnion liner installation, Mill Reline, Girth Gear installation, pinion installation, pinion girth gear alignment.

• Responsible for planned maintenance including shutdown planning and resource mobilization. Responsible for the implementation of a maintenance policy.

• Preparation of engineering reports.

• Technical drawing with SolidWorks.

• Project Charter drafting, monitoring projects including progress in the five process groups of a project namely, planning, initiating, execution, monitoring and control and project close out.

Jacob Bethel Corporation Zimbabwe (Graduate trainee Intern) (1 June 2017November). Responsibilities and duties carried:

• CNC machine operation, G- Code programming for Lathe Turning machine and Milling Machine.

• Executing planned maintenance (CNC maintenance).
