Serving as the Board Chairman, responsible for initiating and overseeing the formation of this Special District, maintaining responsibility for mitigating flooding on Flat Creek by leveraging scientific studies, and leading the 190 property owners in projects that will help in mitigating flooding, enhance fisheries and the riparian corridor of the creek as it runs through the Town of Jackson. Collaborating with the Town of Jackson, Teton County, Teton Conservation District and Wyoming State Officials to assess taxes to accomplish the district's mission.
