Reports- All team meetings, TL weekly meeting, QA meetings, monthly and bi monthly reports I basically generate from the QlickView system and Sugar CRM. I also update the numbers in the shared folder for our weekly report that we use for the Dashboard. I document all details in all of our team related meetings and generate them 30 minutes after each meeting.

Daily Tasks: My daily tasks includes but not limited to:

Daily coaching- this tasks enables me to spot check how team members source and negotiate with webmasters. It also allows me to have some face time with the link developers. All questions about SEO, link building, article orders and more are usually given attention during these times. I also help them spot the best page and link placement for their deals.

Quick meetings- This is the time when I send quick updates from the Market and SEO to the entire team.
