Provide oversight of multiple contracts for security personnel and equipment.

Ensure all financial aspects are accurate to include invoices from contractors and comparing budget against project cost estimates.

Develop, evaluate, update, and implement policies and procedures relating to security at the building entrances, and operational site security.

Determine long-term priorities and ensure adherence to policies and procedures relating to incidents, operations, and services. Develop and establish goals, objectives, and budget plans.
