I’m looking to continue using my customer service and data entry skills to further my career. My main focus is to keep an exceptional relationship with customers while aiding to company profitability.

Experience

● 9/2017-11/2020

Senior Service Consultant, Wayfair

My duties included answering customers calls and emails regarding small and large parcel shipments. This meant answering helping find the perfect product(s) to fit their needs, shipping information, damages/defects, wrong items, billing, product, and changing order information questions. I was also involved in multiple group chats to assist other agents in aiding customers the best way possible.

● 2011-7/2016

Customer Service Agent, ABC Home and Commercial Services

At this job I worked in all departments at various times so was able to provide support wherever needed. This included the lawn, pest, Chemfree, commercial, new sales, and some home improvement services. As we brought on new departments and companies, I was involved in setting them up. My general managers know I am detail oriented and able to multi-task. They would bring me projects to do while answering phones and handling multiple email accounts.

● 2006-2011

Various Over the Phone Customer Service Positions, GC Services, Swift Rock, and Harte Hanks (includes Samsung and Learning Care Group)

My customer service started in car loan collections at GC Services. I did debt settlement for awhile, which was helping clients lower their debt amounts. Then moved technical support where I became the highest tech support you could speak to as a customer. Mainly I dealt with TVs, Blu-Rays, and Home Theater systems. From there at the same company I moved to speaking with parents all over the country scheduling tours with directors of various childcare centers. Education

● 8/2005-12/2006

Chico State University

As I had already passed the AP Calculus and Brit Lit tests my main classes were general Economy, History, Science, etc. I ended due to my move to Texas and beginning my customer service career.

● Graduated 2005

Live Oak High School

My time in high school was spent babysitting kids and horses, and in multiple AP classes. I took 4 years of French, AP Brit Lit, History, Calculus, Cisco Sytems training, and others. Skills

● Multi-tasking. My ability to listen and respond to the customer while researching their order information is like no other. I am able to help the customer feel reassured that I can resolve their issue while I am reading their information. In my last office setting, the technicians would be able to speak with me as I was on the phones with clients and with the mute button the client never knew. At first my supervisors would listen to the calls trying to tell and they allowed me to continue doing both as there was no break in the call flow.

● Typing. I can type anywhere from 70-85 WPM based on my recent scores online. These were all error free. As I get used to the commonly used lingo at a company my typing gets faster

● Knowing the best solution. When helping improve a situation I’m able to consider what would be best for a customer as well as company and how to make it work.

● Technical knowledge. I grew up in Silicon Valley and around computer nerds. This gave me the know how to correct or find workarounds to make sure my hardware and software is properly functioning at all times. This was also improved by the Cisco training, working in over the phone technical support, and using multiple programs at each job. Referrals
