1 year as Toolroom trainee. 1year as Die Technician. operating conventional machines. mould parts machining follow-up. assembly and correction of pressure die casting dies, plastic injection moulds, press tools.

Project Engineer

Manufacturing and Process Planning of Plastic injection moulds. Dispatch of the mould with the inspection report. Overall responsibility of managing Tool room functions. Coordination with design planning machining and assembly departments. Inspection of Raw material semi finished and finished components. Timely correction try out and on time delivery of tools. Making raw material requisition as per material list. Transferring the job to machining with necessary drawing, instructions, process sheets etc. Follow up the machining clearing doubts during machining, assisting machining whenever necessary. Ensure zero defects of outgoing products. Improve quality and capability of systems and process. Create a safe work environment ensure compliance of initiatives. Collecting all the required tool parts as per Blue print and checking as per the standard. Attending trials of plastic injection molds Correction and modification of tool if any variations are found. Also worked as a Customer support Engineer for 2 years in which responsibilities includes mould commissioning at customer end

(yamaha/Honda / Mahendra /hero). vendor developing at various states
