At Pine Hill Insurance I am responsible for overseeing the daily office responsibilities as well as the staff members. I also work with several other insurance companies to find the best insurance for each of our Customers in a price range that suits their budget and will provide them with the best possible customer service should an incident arise. Additionally, I work to handle Customers dissatisfactions when they arise and use exemplary problem solving skills to work through each situation. Another one of my responsibilities was to processed returns and assist customers with special orders and order tracking.
