Coordinating with contractors for quotation and arriving rates

Preparing budgets and cost analyses for ongoing projects

Construction procurement - enquiring subcontractors, assigning and amending LPO for on-going projects

Issuing interim and final certificates for subcontract works and major supplies

Submit final account to clients and coordinate for project closure with the managers
