Supports daily production operations; orders materials to maintain stock levels; coordinates with appropriate personnel to expedite urgent supply actions in the pharmacy.

Issue and turn-in hazardous physically and in EESOH-MIS database following proper artisan identification and system’s authorized user list (AUL).

Verifies identification labels and enter information into the EESOH-MIS information system correctly and efficiently.

Ensures hazardous material is being stored in accordance with regulatory procedures and policies, safety requirements, hazardous material reference sources, safety data sheets, and material label practices.

Monitor stock levels in EESOH-MIS and physical inventory checks to ensure the correct amount of inventory is stored/requested by customer to meet production needs.

Examines stock upon receipt to ensure integrity before signing for material.

Monitors estimated delivery dates (EDD) and provides order status to customers.

Answers recurring inquiries regarding the status of requests and deliveries of material including EDD.

Communicates effectively via written/electronic correspondence, telephone, and in-person to customers and vendors on supply related matters.

Receives off base contract material from subcontractor.

Coordinates and escalates unresolved supply issues to management.

Coordinates all necessary information with fellow team member and supervisors in daily reports. Communication to include requests, receives, discrepancies, work stoppage, and all concerns of the customer.

Attends monthly safety and hazardous management training and refresher training as required.
