Synthes Sample Coordinator:

Responsible for accurately picking tissue and ship sales orders for sample tissue and Synthes Rep inventories. Inspect all incoming evaluation set for product not returned and for product defects or compromised product. Pick and replenish sold product to evaluation set. Perform the duties of the shipping clerk. Maintain the order of sample shelves. Ensure that this accuracy is reflected in the electronic inventory files. Assemble shipping boxes and maintain shipping supply inventory. Able to work with FedEx and UPS software\hardware and run inquires as needed. Daily\Weekly\Monthly cleaning per SOP’s. Work in accordance with all ISO, AATB, FDA regulations. Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

Shipping Coordinator:

Responsible for accurately picking tissue and shipping all sales orders. Inspects outgoing packages for accuracy of contents. Maintains the order of all the warehouse shelves and freezers. Ships to outside distributors. Assembles shipping boxes and maintains the shipping supply inventory. I am able to work with FedEx equipment and run the daily reports, sort frozen tissue on a daily basis, help other departments with their shipping needs. I am able to work in Master Control system to read and understand all job related SOP’s. I work in accordance with all ISO, AATB and FDA regulations. I will perform all additional duties assigned to me. MTF WEST responsibilities are to assist the receiving department whenever necessary and to help with special projects.

Sterilization Technician:

Responsible for the handling, performance of visual and functional inspection of all tooling, decontamination, sterilization, and documentation for the medical device kits for field surgeries. Decontaminates and sterilizes all Processing and supporting departments for tooling, supplies and equipment, instrumentation utilized for production areas. Unload autoclave, transfer autoclaved items to designated location and restock utilizing FIFO technique. Coordinate the removal of finished tooling, equipment, materials that were used for the process application from the processing rooms to the exit room for decontamination. Aseptic transfer of donors into processing production area. Aseptic fill of cleaning canisters for core room disinfection. Coordinate the supply, material flow utilized in each processing room to support the technician and process activities to enhance lean activities. Sanitize all areas and equipment utilized in all processing and supporting department’s production by chemical disinfection standards. Package processes all applicable materials for all processing and supporting departments. Aseptic transfer of supplies used in all processing and supporting departments. Load /unload ATP fluid handling process equipment. Maintains the stocking of the Prep room and distribution of supplies in FIFO to support all departments. Cleaning of ACT kits. Organizing sterilization’s Standard work onto the new share point site.

Processing Technician:

Aseptically processes tissue while maintaining sterility of the cleanroom, cleans and sanitize work area and all equipment and all supplies, responsible for all quality checks on the processed tissues and paperwork prior to release, able to operate surgical machinery to prepare grafts for implantation, supports and maintains supplies and equipment used in the core production, performs all post-process functions including reconciliation, checks sterility of self, work orders, supplies, tissue and environment of daily basis, document all processing activities completely and accurately on processing paperwork, accurately measure, label, and packages tissue, transfer of donors into the core and the transfer of tissues to quarantine locations, the removal of trash and bio waste from core, works with potential biological hazardous material, train new technicians and assists on special projects and preforms additional duties as assigned.

Duties include overseeing an office, entering lab values, labeling radiographs, entering Dexa scan values, Pap smear results, routing documents to physicians, entering pathology reports, linking reports to the referrals and medical records.
