Duties Exposed to:

1. Process Metallurgist Comminution - under this position my role was to: Mineralogy;

Sampling different ores.

Crushing optimization.

Monitoring the crushing product and also calculating the circulating load on different crushers.

Monitoring the moisture content of ores after sampling.

Conduct laboratory metallurgical test works both lab scale and plant scale.

Providing technical support to operation on crushing and milling plants on a daily basis.

Manage, track and report comminution continues improvement activities 2. Process Metallurgist Flotation - under this position my role was to: Flotation;

Providing technical support to operations on flotation plants on daily basis (Oxide, Sulphide).

Project Exposed to:

1. Effects of sulphurdising BSS and SP12 Ores at Concentrator - Konkola Copper Mine under The University of Zambia. And according to my research I advised the company to go with sulphide ore because there are able to float on its own. 2. Inspection and replacement of Mill liners in the ball mills at old east mill - Konkola Copper Mine under The University of Zambia.notify the area supervisor of any faults and breakdowns and ensure that a maintenance response is initiated for smooth running of the plant.

3. Manica Warehouse in Kitwe “improving and inspecting the grade of manganese Ores” - XINCHENG MINERAL PROCESSING Ltd

4. Mkushi mine for manganese project as the site supervisor for quality control of manganese ore in central province

5. Southern province for tin mining were I learnt geological exploration, geological survey and mapping I was also serve as the chief sampler. And also undertake regular inspection of all plant areas of responsibility, eliminate and control detected hazards. 6. I also did certificate with zenith professional institute were i was also to project planning,monitoring,evaluation and data analysis

7. I also did certificate with University Of Zambia were I was able to obtain a certificate in quality assurance/control and occupation health & safety. 8. I have also served as the consultant for manganese ore exploration under GNK Zambia Singapore Company precisely mansa. I did ore evaluation of different mine site of manganese using magnetic survey

9. I also did a month training of gold processing in Chongwe district under frontier commodities logistic were I also developed a metallurgical flow chart for gold processing plant, mercury was mostly used to trap gold from alluvial soil using different stock piles via different sampling technics.
