About me

I am a radiology specialist who has good radiological knowledge and experience in

performing and interpreting basic radiological procedures. I am motivated,

dedicated, hardworking, trustworthy, confident and very meticulous to reach the

most relevant diagnosis. I have keen eye for details . I am adapted at handling

multiple tasks on daily basis competently and at working well under pressure. I am

efficient as team member and welling to help my colleges. Moreover, I have good

communication skills and interpersonal relationship. I am light hearted and a giver,

qualities which are needed to make a difference in patients care. Furthermore, I

have good teaching skills in working with junior residents and registrars and I

perform excellent academic lectures on clinical radiology.

Objectives

. I am looking forward to work in reputed and well-established hospital to grow

my skills as radiologist and to make best effective use of my knowledge in

radiology.

. I would like to surround myself with the professionals who are the best in

their respective fields, who will inspire me and show me new heights and

believe I can reach them.

Program by Sudan Medical Specialization

Board. (S.M.S.B), as follows:

Enrolled in a rotational registrar job in Soba University Hospital, Khartoum

Teaching Hospital, Antalya Hospital, Police Hospital, and Omdurman Military

Hospital etc. A period of 2 months in each.

Received hands-on based training in different imaging modalities including plain

radiography, ultrasonography, fluoroscopy special procedures including

urological, & Barium Studies etc., and computed tomography (CT), magnetic

resonance imaging (MRI), nuclear imaging and minor interventional procedures

This was under direct supervision of specialized Radiologists and consultants in

the hospitals mentioned.

On Thursday of every week was an academic day, starting at 7:30am with

weekly meeting (interested cases were presented and one candidate selected

to be on hot seat to discuss the case).

Most of the Radiologists in Khartoum Town attend this meeting, gave their

opinions and discus the cases together, and evaluate the candidate who was on

the hot seat .After presenting the interested cases, there is a case of the week

prepare by one of the registrars supervised by consultant, and presented in 7

minutes.

Then during the rest of the day there are multiple educational sessions,

lectures, tutorials and group discussions according to the schedule for every

year.
