Roles and responsibilities

1. Identifying & Planning work with specifying priorities 2. Prepare bill of materials, and reserve material in accordance with the design and/or construction drawings.

3. Check and monitor to ensure that all required material has been ordered and/or in stock 4. Preparing progress reports and daily reports for submission to Company 5. Coordinate with various teams to administer all assignments 6. Supervisions of piping and structure pre-fabrication, Erection, hydro test. The work included installation of mechanical equipment, fabrication and installation of connecting Carbon Steel and Stainless-Steel work, Pressure testing.

7. Checking all the fabricated spools by measurement and bringing about modifications accordingly. 8. Prioritizing the fabrication of spools according to the sequence of erection. 9. Studying and checking of P&ID and Isometrics of drawings and fabricating accordingly. 10. Handling of Complete Documentation work & Record Keeping 11. Planning & Allocating of Manpower, Resources Materials & Equipment. 12. Responsible for erection of several structure frames. 13. Complete material management, handling and systematic arrangement and usage of all material accordingly minimum wastage.

14. Work permit management for safe working.

15. Visual inspection and receiving the materials from store. 16. Visual inspection of pipes and all fitting, fit-up of the spools, welding quality of pipe. 17. Ensuring proper Safety systems at the work place. 18. Mechanical Clearance of the spools by referring the drawings, GAD & ISO drawings 19. Check and clear the problems related to the given drawings 20. Participate in daily review meeting and report progress/areas of concern. 21. Coordination with client.
