Worked in NATPET for Inspection of above ground water tanks (3 Tanks) for a period of 3 months using Automated Ultrasonic Testing in Detecting corrosion, pitting, erosion and any other discontinuities.

Performed Short Ultrasonic Testing to evaluate in service storage tanks angular plate for corrosion damage under supports for a total of 4 tanks has been performed.

Stress distribution and area reinforcement in a pierced dished end subjected to an internal pressure

Description: The excess amount of materials removed from the dished head should be compensated to maintain the strength of the boiler drum so that the stress induced will be within the allowable and bursting force will not exceed.
