Responsible for optimizing performance, controlling cost, and providing leadership development companywide. Corporate span includes 9 separate locations in both Texas and New Mexico.

Operational scope of responsibility includes management of six (6) divisional directors with leadership extending to an overall staff of 950 employees. Responsible for providing our customer last mile just in time sand and water deliveries. Responsible for all frac site inventory management as well as planning, dispatching, and executing daily loads based on ever changing demand. Financial scope of responsibility includes managing operations generating $180M in annual revenues. Senior Manager of Ramp Operations

FEDEX San Antonio, TX

Responsible for optimizing performance, implementing cost control measures, and business planning of the FedEx Express Ramp operations in the San Antonio Market.

Operational scope of responsibility included management of six (6) ramp managers with leadership extending to an overall staff of over 200. Responsible for processing inbound and outbound freight with time sensitive commitments. Freight in and out of the San Antonio Ramp serviced: San Antonio, Del Rio, New Braunfels, Laredo, Kerrville, and Corpus Christi locations. Responsible for ramp and ground crew duties to support three daily large aircraft flights (Airbus A-300, MD-10) as well as a feeder air operation. Airport and aircraft responsibility associated with the loading, unloading of aircraft within FAA and TSA compliance.
