RESPONSIBILITIES & OBJECTIVES:
Using available catalogues, identify from whom item(s) can be obtained, as well as, parts or equipment identification numbers.
When supply vessel arrives and/or helicopter to deliver ordered parts and equipment, be available on deck to verify that all incoming items match requisitions and are in appropriate amounts.
Unload parts and equipment from packaging or boxes in which they are delivered and store on appropriate stock shelf.
When large orders, or commonly used parts are received, breakdown and bag into smaller quantities.
If part or equipment has been ordered by specific person, notify the individual concerned that the part is available.
As the drilling program progresses, the need for specific rental equipment ends. Go to the various work areas to identify the rental equipment. Tag it appropriately in preparation for back-loading on supply vessels for return to the rental companies with assistance from department heads.
Interact with the personnel on board to ensure that the parts and equipment being ordered and supplied are what is actually needed. Respond to the questions as to when equipment might be available.
Interact with materials department in Baku office to resolve any questions that might exist regarding the inventory being ordered.
Maintain complete inventory control of all parts and equipment available and on order.
Maintain material system on a current basis and in the proper and accepted manner including the minimum and maximum balance maintianance.
Prepare cargo manifests for all equipment from rig.
In case of fire, knows location and use of alarm systems. Understands that he has to advise the control room of fire immediately.
Maintain area of work in a clean and orderly manner, free of hazards.
Participate in safety, logistic meetings.
Complete, as directed any required reports and paperwork.
Must represent the Company in a professional manner both on and off the job to include confidentiality of Company and Client business.
Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule.

Maintain files, such as maintenance records, bills of lading, or cost reports.
Calculate figures, such as required amounts of labor or materials, manufacturing costs, or wages, using pricing schedules, adding machines, calculators, or computers. Provide documentation and information to account for delays, difficulties, or changes to cost estimates.
Plan production commitments or timetables for business units, specific programs, or jobs, using sales forecasts. Contact suppliers to verify shipment details.
Establish and prepare product construction directions and locations and information on required tools, materials, equipment, numbers of workers needed, and cost projections.

RADIO OPERATOR
RESPONSIBILITIES & OBJECTIVES:
Follows and implements all CDC Procedures and Standards as stipulated in CDC Quality Management System (Q.M.S.) without deviations.
Operation and maintain of all the communications equipment on board.
Operate radio and other associated communications equipment.
Monitor the marine frequencies for pertinent transmissions. Maintain a log of communications, an arrival / departure log, hourly log of weather conditions
Transcribe and file radio traffic messages and telexes.
Assist with the maintenance of V.H.S. equipment, antenna systems, spare parts inventory, emergency batteries, lifeboat radios and public address system.
Responsible for co-coordinating transportation and providing information on weather conditions to shore bases as required.
Liaise with Helicopter Landing Officer reference helicopter movements.
Ensure compliance with requirements for radios and other communication equipment during periods of radio silence.
Knowledgeable on the emergency procedures in regards to radio room operations during an emergency. He must have ready access to all emergency contact numbers and frequencies.
Be aware with his role on abandon ship, fire, injured personal, as per the station bill.
Participate in Safety meetings.
Complete, as directed, any required reports, paperwork.
Must represent the Company in a professional manner both on and off the job to include confidentiality of Company and Client business.
Prepare Training Requests, scan and email.
Maintain HAVS Register.
Prepare Daily Focus report, send to OIM for review, and then distribute.
Update Focus Database and manage FOCUS Tracker.

ROUSTABOUT
RESPONSIBILITIES & OBJECTIVES:
Follows and implements all CDC Procedures and Standards as stipulated in CDC Quality Management System (Q.M.S.) without deviations.
Various maintenance work about the entire offshore unit including but not limited to: paint preparation, sandblasting, chipping and painting, material
Equipment movement about the decks and repair and maintenance of systems and equipment within various departments
Perform lifting operations on deck areas as directed by Crane Operator and Deck Foreman.
Offload and backload deck cargo to/from supply vessels
Perform personal transfers via frog to crew change vessels as directed by Deck Foreman
Perform lifting operations using tuggers, chain blocks and other lifting appliances.
Assist on running casing, risers and other rig activities.
Unload containers and baskets using forklift
Assist on mixing chemicals as directed by drilling department.
Perform emergency rescue team member duties in case of emergencies such as fire, spill, search and rescue as directed by team leader.
Perform helideck team member duties as directed by HLO.
Perform watchman duties in hot work, confined space, over the side, bulk transfer etc activities.
Assist on maintenance activity as directed and supervised by his supervisor on the deck and marine equipment’s.
Look after general housekeeping and waste segregation on the rig during daily activities
Remove paint from all surfaces requiring painting
Use of Sandblaster Needle gun Deck grinder,Hand-held grinder/wire brush/abrasive pad/chipping hammer/ scraper, High pressure steam cleaner
Paint various areas of the rig or various equipment on the rig using Paint brush, Air/airless spray gun, Roller pad
Mop deck surfaces as directed.
Knows location and use of alarm systems in case of fire, advises rig supervisors of fire immediately.
Secure work materials in the assigned area as directed.
Assist other departments as directed in securing procedures.
Reports equipment damage to rig supervisors immediately
Participates and contributes in Safety meetings, Safety drills and inspections.
Performs all other duties and functions as directed by the supervisor, such as assisting the Welder, Electrician and Mechanic.
