Development of the possible designs using CAD tools while keeping in mind the desired technical specifications & fitment with relative parts.

Development & checking of 3D models & Drawings of machine components conforming to suitable Indian Standards & GD&T rules.

Fabrication analysis for different element of machine.

Prototype development.

Vehicle BOM creation.

Maintaining ECN, ECRN, EDN, Add & Delete notes.

Knowledge of FMEA, PPAP documents.

Responsible for NPD (New parts development) till mass production (including material Procurement & selection & purchasing of tooling etc.).
